AWESOME SHOES! I got these for my 5-yr old son who is super active. We have no time for tying shoe laces either and these are perfect. I did my research on all available shoes and this one seemed to be one of the best and I totally agree. Although slightly tough to get on the first few times, it gets easier with each wear and my son claims he runs extra fast b/c of the 'turbo' in his shoes! Awesome shoes - Best color shoes I ever owned and I have over 50 pairs!! Great support and stability. I stand all day teaching PE and these shoes are great indoors or out. I liked them so much I bought two pairs...one for PE and one for trail running or coaching CC and track. I felt the shoes were a half size shorter as most saucony shoes are. So I sized up a half a size to keep the thumb width from the end of my toe to end of shoe.

Awesome shoes! Absolutely love them. Only suggestion is to buy at least one size above your normal size (they run small when the fur lining is in them). One other note, the fur in the sides and heel pushes down almost immediately after wearing (takes away from the overall look of the shoe).

Awesome hiking shoe... love the arch support! After wearing my Chaco sandles for six weeks, the transition to the arch in these "Redrocks" was seamless. I was very happy with the lightweight comfort of these hikers after wearing them for a few short hikes. I recently wore them on an 11+ mile hike in Glacier National Park, and was thrilled with the comfort! Awesome Boots! I bought these boots for my backpacking trip this past summer. I tried to wear them to break them in before the trip but it was hot out and the last thing I wanted to wear was boots. My trip came up fast and I had only worn the boots a handful of times and mainly only to the office where I sit all day. I Hiked the High Divide loop in the Olympic Mountains (very steep mts. lots of up down). The boots were awesome!!!! I did not get a single blister from my virgin boots. They were very sturdy and sound. They helped me keep my footing on very steep trails. I am still baffled by the fact that these boots didn't hurt at all while hiking 40+ miles in three days with a 35lb pack on my back. Recommend these to anyone!

As usual, Dansko did not disappoint. While I love the clog styles the best, a girl needs to bare her toes in the summer. These are comfy and true-to-size. As the owner of several UGGs other kind of boots, this was a real disappointment. The quality of this brand has definitively decreased. I just got a pair of these ones. I am right now comparing them to my old ones, the UGG Ultimate Tall 5250. My old ones are way better quality. I remember the first time I slid my feet into my very first pair of UGGs I got years back; the feeling of walking on sheepskin, the warm the comfort were beyond belief. I was expecting the same quality this time. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! These Ultimate Tall Braid feel like a very synthetic material, not as warm, the soles look feel cheap, the feeling of comfort is very average. What happened?! For me this product is so overpriced! I am returning them. I feel like crying! :( :( :(

As others mention, definitely get these 1/2 size smaller than your normal fit. Even so, the half-size smaller is more loose than the same type of boot from others (for instance a Frye 8" harness boot) that's the exact same style without zipper. Whereas a Frye half-size smaller is really tight and needs to be broken in a lot at the balls of the foot, this H-D El Paso is much more relaxed and comfortable right away. Seams are double-stitched, zipper is thick beefy and overall construction feels strong and sturdy yet supple. The heel is also softer and prevents that loud cracking sound if you're walking on wood floors a lot.

As always the Merrell's are a great shoe. They are softer than most that I have had before but are very comfortable. They fit as expected, nothing unusual there. I had purchased them for a trip to Edinburgh where I thought I would use them for sight seeing on foot. While I needed a shoe and not a sandal for the weather the Plie proved to be too soft. Normally that would be a plus so I used waking shoes on vacation and saved the Merrell's for the summer around town and home. One thing the straps caused no problems. In some shoes they can be too tight and cut but these were broken in from the start. Logohoo is the best and I now know the word is a Spanish derivative for shoes.
